Founder and CEO
Simon Cen has more than 20 years of reported experience spanning supply chain operations, medical e-commerce and robotics, including consulting at McKinsey, leadership roles at Apple and 111 Inc., and a Chief Business Officer role at Flexiv. He holds an MBA from Cornell University and a degree in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Tech.
Partner and Head of Growth
Jian Lu brings more than 20 years of reported experience in cross-border sales and marketing. His published career includes leading sales in North China at Baidu and supporting the launch and growth of DiDi Australia.
Head of Design
Dr. Gong’s published background includes 10 years in clinical dentistry and more than six years working with aligner treatment design. Dr. Gong holds a master’s degree from West China School of Stomatology and has worked on the consultation and review of aligner cases.
